This is the biggest department store in Cancún. They have everything, from popcorn to motorcycles. All the departments are always eye catching and they have brand new stuff. You could find the best gift or a personal treat you want. It is divided in two parts, one in Malecón Américas and the other part in Las Américas. It is very curious that if you want to buy a TV it is in one side, but if you want perfumes and toys you need to leave the store, cross the mall and go to the other part to buy them. Anyways, it is cool to visit.
Love this store. But be prepared, no English and lousy, I mean seriously the employees have NO concern for you and watch out they will rip you off if you don't pay attention!! Oh and take your own bag, they don't even offer to sell you a bag, seriously I was applaud at the lack of customer service!
Liverpool it's a complete store, my favourite department it's the Mexican bulk candy area!
